Training – Training is very important to us. We firmly believe our staff should have the opportunity to improve their qualifications and knowledge whilst employed. All of our staff are given an opportunity to go on a wide range of training courses. We encourage staff to develop and work their way through the organisation as we expand our services. For a new staff member, we offer an induction programme to help them settle in quickly and easily.
